Please contact your Program manager and ask for an account on HughesOn. You will need to provide your name, phone and email ID.
Hughes will deliver your portal username to you in an email that was provided for account creation. It will have a link to create your password. It takes about 2 business days to receive account approval, after which your login information will be emailed to you.

HughesON is next generation customer portal for Hughes enterprise customers. The new portal provides integrated functionality for order to cash processes as well as operational status of your network.  HughesON will be replacing the Customer Gateway as well as NMP. For an interim period access to both portals will be available to users to aid in transition.  Training videos and other technical documentation is available under Documentation section of the HughesON portal.
The HughesON Portal is a centralized interface for Hughes Enterprise customers that helps to keep track of network status and performance and facilitates installations and repairs. The portal displays network performance data based on real-time and historical analysis, and generates reports and alerts based on that data. You can report issues with your network and also check status on a case. It also tracks past and upcoming installations and repairs for all locations on your network.
